Le secteur industriel est actuellement en train de joindre la vague et vit, lentement certes mais avec constance, une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9volution vers un secteur num\u00e9ris\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9volution s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s efficace pour optimiser les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels et am\u00e9liorer leur efficacit\u00e9. Dans le pr\u00e9sent blogue, nous allons d\u00e9finir le concept d\u2019industrie num\u00e9rique et d\u00e9crire quelques \u00e9tapes et lignes directrices pour r\u00e9ussir la transition vers la transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019industrie num\u00e9rique est l&#8217;utilisation de technologies de pointe pour affiner la fa\u00e7on dont les industries fonctionnent et utiliser la puissance des donn\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer la prise de d\u00e9cision. La convergence de ces deux technologies offre aux entreprises des perspectives in\u00e9dites et des outils distinctifs pour collecter des quantit\u00e9s massives de donn\u00e9es, les analyser et int\u00e9grer l&#8217;IA afin d&#8217;en maximiser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et la valeur.<\/p>\n<p>La transformation num\u00e9rique se compose de quatre formes ou \u00e9tapes diff\u00e9rentes en fonction des donn\u00e9es et de la maturit\u00e9 de ce processus ou de cette cha\u00eene de production en particulier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Surveillance et analyse de donn\u00e9es\u202f: collection de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les anciennes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d&#8217;automates programmables \u00e9taient con\u00e7ues pour collecter les donn\u00e9es des capteurs et les pr\u00e9senter sur des \u00e9crans IHM de base pour les op\u00e9rateurs. Gr\u00e2ce aux progr\u00e8s de la technologie, les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le sont d\u00e9sormais capables de collecter et de stocker une grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es provenant de tonnes de capteurs. \u00c0 ce stade de la transformation num\u00e9rique, vous n&#8217;avez besoin que de ces donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el pour am\u00e9liorer vos processus.
